My name is Jacqueline Hawk. My 16 years in the corporate world at Deloitte and with starts ups, half a lifetime of therapy and energy work, being and staying married, being a conscious parent, and coaching means I UNDERSTAND people and systems, and how to UNLOCK the best in people, and empower them with the tools to choose how they show up in every moment and speak up powerfully for their deepest ideas, value and needs when it matters most.

I started down a traditional career path in LA, London and SF until I was face with burnout, missing opportunities, my communication skills not being influential enough, and wanting a personal life and health but not having the time or energy for it.

I went from ready to throw in the towel to having a highly enviable career, personal life and health simply by learning the system I teach in THIS Academy.
